Hotel Photography Intake (Marriott & Select Brands)
This form is the first step in planning a Booking-Ready Media rollout for your hotel.
The information you provide below allows me to:
confirm scope and readiness
build a brand-compliant shot list
plan a five-day, on-property production
and prepare for on-site editing and MDAC submission
This is not a general photography inquiry.
It is a structured intake for hotels preparing to update booking imagery following a new build, renovation, or refresh.
What Happens After You Submit
Once the form is complete:
I’ll review your responses and confirm that the property is ready for production.
I’ll assemble a draft shot plan based on brand requirements and your property’s layout.
We’ll schedule a short planning call to finalize scope, logistics, and timing.
At the conclusion of the project week, images are fully edited and approved on site, and the complete gallery is uploaded, labeled, metadata-complete, and submitted to MDAC for brand review.

What This Engagement Includes (Deliverables Menu)
Booking-Ready Media for Newly Opened & Renovated Marriott Hotels is delivered as a managed media rollout — not as image counts or shoot days.
All deliverables below are fixed, time-bound, and executed on site.
Booking-Ready Media Rollout™
A single, end-to-end production that includes planning, capture, on-site finalization, and MDAC submission. This engagement removes coordination burden and post-shoot cleanup by completing the entire process in one controlled rollout.Booking-Ready Shot Plan™
A brand-compliant, property-specific shot plan assembled prior to arrival and locked for the full production week. One convergence cycle only (draft → confirmation → locked). No mid-production scope expansion.FrameCraft™ Spatial Readiness
Macro-level furniture alignment and spatial order so guestrooms and public spaces read clearly across booking galleries and thumbnails. Executed independently without staff involvement under normal conditions.DetailCraft™ Guestroom Styling
Bedding, linens, towels, and curtain presentation reset prior to capture to ensure consistent, first-guest-ready imagery across room types.Brand-Compliant Capture™
Professional interior, exterior, and amenity photography executed in alignment with brand standards, the approved shot plan, and real-world booking behavior. All scenes are styled and adjusted in real time.On-Site Image Finalization™
Approximately 30–35 final images, fully edited on site. Color, tone, and visual consistency are locked and aligned with ownership or management before departure.PropertyPerfect™ Image Retouching
Every delivered image receives full professional retouching.
This includes bedding and linen presentation, lighting consistency, removal of surface and utility distractions, cleanup of temporary signage, and correction of visible wear that negatively impacts first impressions.
The result is a clean, consistent, booking-ready gallery that reflects the property at its best without misrepresentation.MDAC Placement Assist™
Assisted upload, tagging, sequencing, and submission to the Marriott Digital Asset Center, completed in coordination with the GM or AGM. This eliminates preventable errors and ensures confidence at submission.Primary Booking Image-Thumbnails™
Up to 10 priority images selected and prepared as thumbnails to lead booking galleries, aligned with Marriott carousel behavior and first-impression logic.
