Prepared for Courtyard by Marriott Pigeon Forge
Marriott.com Gallery Optimization & Deployment
A hands-on review, curation, and deployment of the property’s approved photography across Marriott.com—built to refine the existing gallery, place the strongest imagery where it matters most, and carry the website through final implementation and review.
Courtyard by Marriott Pigeon Forge
The Opportunity
The photography is approved. Now the website needs to catch up.
The new Courtyard Pigeon Forge photography has cleared Marriott DAC approval and is beginning to appear across the live website. The next opportunity is making sure the finished site presents the renovated property as intentionally as the photography was created.
The current website still contains a large library of legacy imagery, while several room pages, banners, and narrative placements have not yet been updated with the new photography. Rather than simply replacing everything, the goal is to keep older images that still add useful guest information, remove what no longer serves the property, and give the strongest new imagery the placements it deserves.
How We’ll Finish the Website
From approved photography to an intentional Marriott.com presentation
I’ll handle the detailed review and Marriott-facing preparation, bringing the property team in only where hotel-specific confirmation or property-level action is required.
What I’ll Take Care Of
The detailed gallery and placement work, handled for your team
The goal is not to replace older photography simply because it is older. Each image should earn its place by accurately representing the renovated property, answering a useful guest question, or showing an experience that remains relevant.
Main Property Gallery
- Review the existing photography library
- Identify outdated, repetitive, or weaker imagery for removal
- Preserve useful legacy photography where it adds coverage the new set does not
- Curate a tighter and more intentional overall gallery
- Recommend the visual flow of the finished image set
Guest Rooms & Suites
- Review the current room-type galleries
- Map approved photography to the appropriate room types
- Identify older room images that should be replaced
- Use the available room-code information to differentiate room experiences as clearly as Marriott’s system permits
Hero, Banners & Narrative Sections
- Recommend the new dusk exterior as the property’s primary image
- Review prominent website banner placements
- Select stronger imagery for amenity and narrative sections
- Avoid unnecessary repetition of the same photographs across high-value placements
Marriott Requests & Follow-Through
- Prepare image-removal filename lists
- Prepare room-carousel and website-placement requests
- Complete available Marriott-side actions where my access permits
- Prepare any required property-side actions to minimize the workload for your team
- Review the implemented website after Marriott processes the changes
- Complete one correction round where needed
System Investment
Investment in the complete website optimization
This investment covers the complete Marriott.com Gallery Optimization & Deployment outlined above—from the initial website audit and curation through Marriott change-request preparation, implementation review, and one follow-up correction round.
One unified investment for the complete website review, gallery curation, deployment preparation, Marriott-facing support, and implementation follow-through described in this proposal.
Next Steps
Let’s carry the photography through the finish line
Project Details
A few details about the implementation process
I’ll carry as much of the process as my Marriott access allows and keep the property team involved only where Marriott requires information or action from your side.
Marriott Processing
Marriott controls processing timelines, technical implementation, and the website placements available within its systems. I’ll manage the applicable requests and follow-through, but Marriott ultimately controls when and how those changes are processed.
Property Input
Some hotel-specific information or actions may still require confirmation from the property. If that happens, I’ll clearly identify what is needed and prepare as much as possible before bringing it back to you.
Project Scope
This engagement covers optimization and deployment of the property’s current approved and existing Marriott.com photography. If something materially outside that scope comes up, we’ll discuss it before any additional work moves forward.
Follow-Up Review
Once Marriott processes the requested changes, I’ll review the live website again and complete one correction round for image-placement issues identified during that review.
Morgan Nowland Photography
Finish the story we started on property.
The photography was created to show guests what the renovated Courtyard Pigeon Forge actually feels like. The final step is making sure Marriott.com tells that same story.
I’ll handle the detailed gallery and placement work, carry the requests through the available Marriott workflow, and stay with the process through the first implementation review so we can get the website as close as possible to the property we worked together to photograph.
Reply to my email to confirm the proposal, and I’ll get started.
