A Focused Room Gallery Update for Marriott.com

Prepared for Caroline Dean
Senior Marketing Manager, Tampa
Marriott International

Project Overview

A polished room gallery built around the guest’s booking experience

This proposal outlines a focused room gallery update for Courtyard St. Petersburg Clearwater.

The production is designed to create a polished, Marriott-ready image set covering the property’s priority guest room, accessibility, bathroom, balcony, patio, and courtyard-view needs. The final photographs will help guests better understand the available room products before booking while also supporting Marriott.com, OTA listings, property marketing, and sales efforts.

The photoshoot will be planned in close coordination with the hotel team so that room access, styling, and production flow are clear before photography begins. Our goal is to create excellent images while making the experience efficient, collaborative, and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Scope of Work

Focused coverage of the property’s priority room products

The production will concentrate on the guest room and accessibility imagery currently needed for the property’s Marriott.com booking presentation.

Guest Room Coverage

  • Sofa-bed prepared for guest use
  • Courtyard view from a guest room
  • Guest room balcony
  • Guest room patio

Accessible Room Coverage

  • GENR accessible guest room
  • DBDB accessible guest room
  • KSTE accessible guest room

Bathroom Coverage

  • Standard tub bathroom
  • QNQN room type
  • Accessibility details where required
Estimated Final Image Count Up to 12 final images

Production Structure

A focused, well-coordinated production day

The project is planned as a single on-property photography day, supported by advance coordination with the hotel team.

01

Pre-Production

Confirm the final shot list, assigned rooms, room type codes, access needs, sofa-bed setup, and operational considerations before the photoshoot.

02

On-Property Production

Complete a walkthrough, verify the assigned rooms, prepare each composition, and photograph the requested room, accessibility, bathroom, balcony, patio, and view coverage.

03

Final Review

When practical, review the project priorities with the property contact before wrap to confirm the requested coverage has been addressed.

Investment

A focused production designed around the property’s current needs

This investment covers pre-production coordination, one day of on-property photography, room verification, styling and preparation, professional editing, architectural retouching, final image delivery, Marriott-compliant documentation, and Marriott.com / ACRS Photo Launch Support.

Project Investment $4,000

Includes one focused production day and delivery of up to 12 final hospitality images.

Local Travel Included $0

This project is local to Morgan Nowland Photography’s Tampa Bay service area. Local mileage and standard production travel are included.

Estimated Project Total $4,000

Project Planning

Scheduling, assumptions, and exclusions

Production can be scheduled as one focused photography day, pending final confirmation of property readiness, room availability, and access.

  • The final shot list and assigned rooms will be confirmed before production.
  • The property will provide room names, room type codes, and accessible-room locations where available.
  • Requested rooms and areas will be clean, complete, accessible, and production-ready.
  • The property will coordinate room access and operational considerations affecting production.
  • Styling includes normal photographic preparation, furniture alignment, bedding refinement, surface cleanup, curtain adjustment, and lighting checks.
This proposal is based on the supplemental room gallery coverage listed above. Additional rooms, amenities, public spaces, exteriors, food-and-beverage areas, or other imagery may require an adjustment to the production schedule and project investment.
