The Opportunity
Strengthen the room-shopping experience with clearer visual context
The current project is a focused Marriott.com room gallery update addressing priority accessible room types, bathroom coverage, the sofa-bed configuration, balcony and patio features, and the courtyard view guests can expect from selected rooms.
Rather than treating each requested subject as a single documentation image, the recommended plan allows greater room-type depth where it will improve the booking path. Strong primary and supporting views can help guests understand room layouts, circulation, sleeping arrangements, outdoor features, and practical bathroom details with greater confidence.
How the System Works
From gallery planning through launch
The engagement is structured as one connected process. Every stage is planned to move the property from identifying its priority room-gallery needs to placing the finished photography into active use.
Recommended Property Coverage
Focused coverage for the property's highest-priority room-gallery needs
The recommended scope is designed to address the current Marriott.com priorities while providing stronger visual depth than a bare-minimum, single-angle approach. Final coverage will be allocated to the views that most clearly communicate each room type and guest-use feature.
Accessible Guest Rooms
- GENR accessible room, with primary and supporting views where useful
- DBDB accessible room, showing the overall layout and guest circulation
- KSTE accessible room, including the relationship between sleeping and sofa areas
- Representative accessible bathroom coverage associated with the selected room types
Guest-Use Features and Views
- Sofa-bed prepared for guest use
- Courtyard view from a representative guest room
- Guest room balcony and its connection to the room or view
- Guest room patio and its outdoor guest-use context
Bathroom and Gallery Support
- Standard tub bathroom associated with the QNQN room type
- Additional supporting angle allocated to the strongest booking-path need identified during production
- Room-type and room-pool organization based on confirmed property information
Production Approach
One focused production day coordinated around room access and courtyard readiness
This proposal reflects the production plan recommended to create the strongest possible online sales presentation—not simply the fastest route through the shot list. Priority spaces are scheduled around the light, access, and operating conditions that give them the greatest visual impact and best support guest confidence, property preference, and booking decisions.
The courtyard-view image will be treated as a priority subject because its success may depend on room access, pool and courtyard readiness, furniture alignment, guest activity, and the timing of light in the space. The production schedule will preserve appropriate flexibility for that image while coordinating the remaining room coverage around hotel operations.
If the property needs to work within a different investment level, the plan can be restructured around its highest-priority marketing outcomes. Coverage, specially timed production windows, and operational flexibility can be adjusted, with the tradeoffs clearly identified so the strongest possible result is preserved within the approved investment.
Pre-production alignment
Confirm the final shot list, representative room assignments, room names and available room-pool information, accessible room locations, sofa-bed setup, outdoor access, and property timing requirements before production.
Focused on-property production
Complete the walkthrough, room verification, normal styling and staging, and photography during one coordinated production day. A separate arrival or preparation day is not included in the current scope.
Post-production and launch preparation
Complete architectural refinement, prepare the delivery files and documentation, organize room information, develop metadata guidance, and support the Marriott.com launch workflow.

Put the project in motion
Please confirm that the recommended plan aligns with the property's priorities, or request an adjusted plan built around a different investment level. Scheduling
The production date is reserved once the proposal is confirmed and the project deposit is received. Scheduling remains subject to property readiness and Morgan Nowland Photography's current availability.
Property access and readiness
The one-day plan assumes timely access to representative guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, patios, and the selected courtyard-view room, with the visible courtyard and pool areas prepared appropriately for photography.
Post-production and delivery
Typical post-production turnaround is approximately two weeks. Once editing is complete, the property will receive a contact sheet and final invoice. Final licensed files and included launch support are released after the remaining balance has been paid.
Scope adjustments
This proposal is based on the selected rooms, outdoor features, bathroom coverage, and one-day production structure outlined above. Additional amenity coverage, materially different room configurations, unavailable spaces, or other significant changes may require an updated System Investment or production schedule.
Rescheduling and cancellation
The project deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled production date, subject to availability. Client cancellations are subject to the established cancellation schedule and any nonrefundable expenses already incurred.
Image licensing
Upon final payment, the included commercial license covers the photographed property, its ownership or management company, the applicable hotel brand, and authorized marketing teams. Architects, designers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other third parties require separate licensing.
