The Opportunity

Bring the Cocoa Beach experience into view

Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach has a story that extends well beyond its guest rooms. The surf and retail experience, restaurant, Starbucks, fish tank, and pool setting give guests distinctive reasons to choose the property. The photography should make those experiences easy to discover while clearly showing the rooms and amenities that help guests plan their stay.

This engagement brings those elements together in a cohesive image collection, including food and beverage photography to support the dining experience. From planning through Marriott gallery launch, the process is designed to give the property a stronger online presentation and a clear path to putting the finished photography into use.

How the System Works

From gallery planning through launch

The engagement is structured as one connected process. Every stage is planned to move the property from identifying its visual needs to placing the finished photography into active use.

01

Plan

Review the current gallery, identify coverage priorities, and structure the photography around guest clarity, room carousels, and the property’s competitive presentation.

02

Produce

Create Marriott-approved hotel photography through a carefully coordinated, low-disruption production inside the operating property.

03

Prepare

Refine, organize, label, and document the image library while preparing the metadata and marketing captions needed for launch.

04

Launch

Complete the photographer-side MDAC upload and guide the property team through its upload, gallery placement, and submission process.

Production Approach

Two and a half production days across three days

Photography is planned across three consecutive days, beginning with preparation and an afternoon of photography on arrival, followed by two full production days. Coverage will be coordinated around property operations, access to prepared spaces, and the best available light.

01

Arrival and afternoon photography

Walk through the property, align with the team, prepare the first spaces, and begin photography during the second half of the arrival day.

02

Full production day

Photograph guest rooms and public spaces, coordinating access to restaurant, retail, and pool areas around the hotel’s daily operations.

03

Full production day

Complete the remaining agreed coverage. Food and beverage photography and exterior lighting opportunities will be coordinated across the production window.

System Investment

Investment in the complete engagement

This investment covers the complete Marriott Hotel Website Photography Performance System outlined above—from strategic gallery planning and hotel and food and beverage photography through post-production, metadata preparation, photographer-side MDAC upload, and guided property-side launch support.

System Investment $6,000

One unified investment for the agreed hotel and food and beverage photography, gallery preparation, and launch support.

Estimated Travel Allowance $500

Covers car rental, meals, and travel time for the drive to Cocoa Beach. The hotel will provide a complimentary room on property for the required stay. Accommodation is excluded from this allowance.

Total Estimated Investment $6,500
Deposit to Reserve Production $3,000
The deposit is calculated from the system investment only. The remaining $3,000 system balance and travel are due before final licensed delivery and included launch support. Any revision to the travel estimate will be discussed and agreed before additional costs are incurred.

Scheduling

Production dates are reserved once the proposal is confirmed and the project deposit is received. Scheduling remains subject to property readiness and Morgan Nowland Photography’s current availability.

Post-production and delivery

Typical post-production turnaround is approximately two weeks, with larger productions requiring additional time. Once editing is complete, the property will receive a contact sheet and final invoice. Final licensed files and included launch support are released after the remaining balance and travel have been paid.

Property preparation and access

The hotel will provide access to prepared rooms and amenities and coordinate the selected food and beverage subjects with its culinary team. The final sequence will be planned around property operations and available light.

Exterior and aerial coverage

Exterior photography is weather dependent. Planned drone coverage is also subject to permissions, airspace, safety, and operational feasibility. Any return visit outside the agreed production window would be arranged separately.

Scope adjustments

This proposal is based on the rooms, amenities, and production requirements outlined above. Material additions or changes may require an updated investment or schedule. The included food and beverage session will feature a coordinated selection of property-prepared dishes and drinks.

Property-side launch support

Morgan Nowland Photography will complete the photographer-side MDAC upload and guide the property-side upload and submission process. The property retains responsibility for its account access and platform-side changes.

Rescheduling and cancellation

The project deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled production date, subject to availability. Client cancellations are subject to the cancellation schedule provided with the agreement and any nonrefundable travel expenses already incurred.

Image licensing

Upon final payment, the included commercial license covers the photographed property, its ownership or management company, the applicable hotel brand, and authorized marketing teams. Architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and other third parties require separate licensing.
