Prepared for Wheeler Lewis Designs

Three-Project Portfolio Relaunch Photography

A coordinated three-property photography production designed to create the signature portfolio images and supporting content Wheeler Lewis Designs needs to return to active marketing with a substantial new body of work.

The Opportunity

Build the photography library for a return to active marketing

The Biebel, Dyer, and Jones projects provide an opportunity to create more than three individual project galleries. Photographed together, they can establish a fresh body of work substantial enough to refresh the Wheeler Lewis Designs website, portfolio, social presence, and ongoing marketing.

The production is designed around a focused collection of portfolio-level hero images supported by a much larger library of details and vignettes—providing both the signature photographs and the volume of content needed to keep telling the story of the work over time.

Production Approach

Three days to work carefully through all three projects

The production is planned around three full photography days in Chattanooga, allowing each residence enough time for thoughtful room preparation, primary portfolio photography, and a deeper exploration of the details that make the design distinctive.

Rather than moving quickly from room to room, each completed scene will be fully prepared first. Once the primary hero photographs are secured, the same prepared space can then be explored more freely for tighter compositions, details, and vignettes.

01

Prepare the Space

Refine furniture placement, accessories, bedding, curtains, table settings, and other visible details as appropriate before photography begins.

02

Create the Hero Images

Build the strongest primary compositions through deliberate camera placement, lighting, styling, and architectural photography techniques.

03

Explore the Details

Use the finished scene to create a broader supporting library of furniture groupings, materials, textiles, artwork, decorative objects, and other design moments.

Finished Image Library

Portfolio anchors supported by a wealth of marketing content

The finished library is expected to contain approximately 90–120 photographs across the three projects. Final quantity will be determined by the opportunities within each space, with priority given to creating a strong and varied collection rather than producing images simply to reach a fixed number.

Approximately 30 Narrative Hero Images

Approximately ten primary portfolio photographs per property, created through deliberate composition, architectural lighting and capture techniques, perspective refinement, detailed retouching, and individual finishing.

Approximately 60–90 Supporting Images

A larger collection of details and vignettes exploring furniture groupings, textiles, artwork, table settings, lighting, millwork, decorative objects, materials, styled surfaces, and other defining elements of the design.

Two Levels of Post-Production

Hero photographs receive the full architectural/interiors post-production treatment. Supporting imagery receives a polished editorial finish designed for efficient use across ongoing marketing.

Organized Final Delivery

The completed photography will be curated, professionally prepared, and organized for straightforward use across the Wheeler Lewis Designs portfolio and marketing channels.

Designed for a Marketing Relaunch

A library built to keep working after the photo shoot

The scope is intentionally larger than a traditional interiors photo shoot. The goal is to leave Wheeler Lewis Designs with enough fresh photography to actively reintroduce the studio and its work across multiple channels.

Website & Portfolio

Refresh the Wheeler Lewis Designs website, build stronger individual project galleries, and establish a current portfolio of completed work.

Social Media

Create a deep reserve of photography for Instagram, Facebook, and other ongoing social content rather than relying on a handful of repeated portfolio images.

Business Development

Support presentations, client communications, email marketing, printed collateral, and future promotional campaigns with professionally produced imagery.

Editorial & Awards

Maintain a polished collection of finished project photography suitable for editorial consideration, design awards, and other opportunities to showcase the work.

Image Usage

Commercial marketing rights for Wheeler Lewis Designs

The finished photography includes a commercial marketing license for Wheeler Lewis Designs covering company website and portfolio use, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, presentations, printed promotional collateral, editorial and award submissions, and Wheeler Lewis Designs business-development materials.

Commercial usage by builders, architects, manufacturers, vendors, publications, or other third parties is not included and may be licensed separately.

Project Investment

Investment in the complete three-project production

The investment covers the complete engagement described above—from pre-production planning and three days of photography through hero-image retouching, supporting editorial imagery, final delivery, and the Wheeler Lewis Designs commercial marketing license.

Three-Project Portfolio Relaunch Production $7,500

One unified investment covering all three residences, three production days, approximately 90–120 finished photographs, post-production, organized delivery, and the included Wheeler Lewis Designs marketing license.

Estimated Travel NTE $1,000

Travel will be billed at actual cost and will not exceed $1,000 without prior approval. Anticipated expenses include round-trip airfare and ordinary ground transportation associated with the Chattanooga production.

Deposit to Reserve Production $3,750
The deposit is calculated from the $7,500 production investment only. Travel is billed separately at actual cost, up to the approved $1,000 NTE.

Scope Flexibility

A recommended starting point, not a rigid package

This proposal represents my recommended approach for using these three completed projects to create a substantial new marketing library for Wheeler Lewis Designs.

01

Accept

Move forward with the production as proposed and begin scheduling and pre-production.

02

Expand

Incorporate additional completed spaces, photography needs, or marketing priorities if there is value in increasing the current scope.

03

Tailor

Reduce or reshape the production around the highest-priority spaces and deliverables while preserving the central goal of the engagement.

Next Steps

Put the project in motion

Once the production scope is confirmed, we can select the Chattanooga production dates and begin coordinating access and preparation for each residence.

01

Confirm the Scope

Accept the recommended production as proposed or identify any areas you would like to expand or tailor.

02

Select the Dates

Coordinate a three-day production window around project readiness, homeowner access, and current availability.

03

Reserve Production

Complete the project deposit to reserve the selected dates on the production calendar.

04

Begin Pre-Production

Finalize property access, room priorities, preparation needs, and the working production schedule across the three residences.

Project Terms

Clear terms for a well-managed production

Scheduling

Production dates are reserved once the proposal is confirmed and the project deposit is received. Scheduling remains subject to homeowner access, project readiness, and Morgan Nowland Photography's current availability.

Post-Production & Delivery

The completed image library will be curated and professionally prepared following production. Final delivery timing will be coordinated based on the completed scope and volume of photography.

Scope Adjustments

This proposal is based on the three residences and priority spaces outlined above. Additional completed rooms may be incorporated when production time permits. Material additions or changes may require an updated investment or production schedule.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

The project deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled production date, subject to availability. Client cancellations remain responsible for any nonrefundable travel expenses already incurred.

Image Licensing

Upon final payment, Wheeler Lewis Designs receives the commercial marketing license described in this proposal. Usage by builders, architects, manufacturers, vendors, publications, and other third parties requires separate permission and licensing.

Morgan Nowland Photography

A fresh portfolio built for the next chapter of Wheeler Lewis Designs

These three projects provide the opportunity to return to active marketing with more than a handful of new photographs. The goal is to create a substantial, cohesive library that shows the finished spaces broadly, explores the details that make the work distinctive, and gives Wheeler Lewis Designs new material to work with long after production is complete.

Confirm the proposal as presented, or let me know where you would like to expand or tailor the scope, and we can move into scheduling the Chattanooga production.
