TownePlace Suites Little Rock West Photography Proposal

Prepared for TownePlace Suites Little Rock West

Marriott Hotel Website Photography Performance System for Competitive Markets

A complete Marriott-approved hotel photography and gallery launch system that carries the project from strategic gallery planning and low-disruption production through metadata, photographer-side MDAC upload, and guided support for the property-side upload and submission process—built to reduce the burden on your team, strengthen guest confidence, and help your hotel compete more effectively for bookings.

The Opportunity

Turn the renovation into a current, confidence-building gallery

TownePlace Suites Little Rock West has completed a renovation, creating an opportunity to replace photography that no longer represents the current guest experience. The new gallery should make the refreshed rooms, suite layouts, kitchenettes, public spaces, amenities, and arrival experience immediately clear to prospective guests.

A coordinated full-property update will give each room type and important hotel feature a defined role in the online sales presentation, helping guests understand what distinguishes the property and choose the accommodation that best fits their stay.

How the System Works

From gallery planning through launch

The engagement is structured as one connected process. Every stage is planned to move the property from identifying its visual needs to placing the finished photography into active use.

01

Plan

Review the current gallery, identify coverage priorities, and structure the photography around guest clarity, room carousels, and the property's competitive presentation.

02

Produce

Create Marriott-approved hotel photography through a carefully coordinated, low-disruption production inside the operating property.

03

Prepare

Refine, organize, label, and document the image library while preparing the metadata and marketing captions needed for launch.

04

Launch

Complete the photographer-side MDAC upload and guide the property team through its upload, gallery placement, and submission process.

Production Approach

Two production days planned around the property's strongest moments

This proposal reflects the production plan recommended to create the strongest possible online sales presentation—not simply the fastest route through the shot list. Priority spaces are scheduled around the light, access, and operating conditions that give them the greatest visual impact and best support guest confidence, property preference, and booking decisions.

If the property needs to work within a different investment level, the plan can be restructured around its highest-priority marketing outcomes. Coverage, specially timed production windows, and operational flexibility can be adjusted, with the tradeoffs clearly identified so the strongest possible result is preserved within the approved investment.

01

Arrival and property walkthrough

An included arrival-day walkthrough confirms renovation readiness, reviews the current gallery, and coordinates room access, public-space timing, and the property's highest-priority marketing needs.

02

Two-day hotel production

Guest rooms, suites, public spaces, and amenities are coordinated around hotel operations, while the outdoor pool and exteriors are scheduled around favorable light, guest traffic, and weather conditions.

03

Preparation and gallery launch

The completed work moves through brand-safe post-production, organized delivery, metadata preparation, photographer-side MDAC upload, and guided support for the property's final gallery placement and submission.

What the System Includes

Thoughtful preparation from planning through launch

The project combines photography, gallery strategy, image preparation, and launch support as one coordinated engagement.

Strategic gallery planning

Review and planning built around room-type clarity, carousel structure, hero placement, and the property's competitive online presentation.

Marriott-approved photography

Brand-compliant coverage of the selected guest rooms, suites, kitchenettes, accessible bathroom, amenities, public spaces, and updated exteriors.

Low-disruption production and refinement

Guest-conscious scheduling, thoughtful on-site preparation, and brand-safe post-production designed for an operating hotel.

A curated and professionally prepared image library with consistent naming, documentation, delivery formats, and commercial licensing.

Metadata and photographer-side MDAC upload

Complete image information, marketing captions, room-code organization, and photographer-side submission through Marriott's MDAC workflow.

Guided property-side launch support

A property-specific upload guide, recommended carousel and hero placement, and personal support through the property-side upload and submission process.

System Investment

Investment in the complete engagement

This investment covers the complete Marriott Hotel Website Photography Performance System outlined above—from strategic gallery planning and low-disruption production through post-production, metadata preparation, photographer-side MDAC upload, and guided property-side launch support.

System Investment $5,500

One unified investment for the complete photography, gallery preparation, and launch-support system described in this proposal.

Estimated Travel NTE $1,500

Travel will be billed at actual cost and may include airfare, lodging, rental transportation, parking, and related production travel expenses. Costs will not exceed the approved NTE without prior authorization.

The investment shown represents the recommended plan for the strongest possible online sales presentation. Please confirm that the proposed scope and investment align with the property's priorities, or request an adjusted plan built around a different investment level. Any revision will be structured to preserve the strongest possible marketing outcome within that investment while clearly identifying changes to coverage, timing, or production flexibility.
Deposit to Reserve Production $2,750
The deposit is calculated from the system investment only. Applicable travel costs are billed at actual cost with the final balance and will not exceed the most recently approved travel NTE.

Scheduling

Production dates are reserved once the proposal is confirmed and the project deposit is received. Scheduling remains subject to property readiness and Morgan Nowland Photography's current availability.

Post-production and delivery

Typical post-production turnaround is approximately two weeks, with larger productions requiring additional time. Once editing is complete, the property will receive a contact sheet and final invoice. Final licensed files and included launch support are released after the remaining balance and applicable travel costs have been paid.

Scope adjustments

This proposal is based on the rooms, amenities, renovation status, production requirements, and assumptions outlined above. Material additions, incomplete spaces, or changes to the requested coverage may require an updated system investment or production schedule.

Rescheduling and cancellation

The project deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled production date, subject to availability. Client cancellations are subject to the established cancellation schedule and any nonrefundable travel expenses already incurred.

Image licensing

Upon final payment, the included commercial license covers the photographed property, its ownership or management company, the applicable hotel brand, and authorized marketing teams. Architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and other third parties require separate licensing.
